Advance Care Planning International Conference Australia will be held at the RACV Royal Pines Resort from 24 to 26 September 2025.

Access to all ACP-i 2025 trade area, plenary and concurrent sessions on all conference days
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on all conference days (as per program)
Does not include:
- attendance at the Welcome Dinner on Wednesday 24 September

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
If you are paying by credit card, charges made by the Conference will appear on your statement as ‘Carillon Conference Management’.
