We are delighted to welcome the international advance care planning community back to Australia for the 9th Advance Care Planning International Conference. Australia last hosted the Melbourne conference in 2010. The 2023 Conference in Singapore brought together over 600 delegates, and we look forward to building on the conversations and networking in 2025. 

ACP-i 2025 will provide an inclusive and welcoming space for sharing ideas and making connections. We look forward to seeing you to Yugambeh Country on the Gold Coast in September 2025!
